- No refunds: All sales are final. No refunds once a reading has been purchased.
- Delivery: Your video reading is delivered within the stated delivery window (typically 7 days).
- Scope: Tarot is interpretive and reflects the cards at the time of reading. It is not a guarantee of future events.
- Disputes: We keep proof of purchase (order reference, timestamps, Stripe payment IDs) for dispute resolution.

1. Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to book a reading. By proceeding, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Nature of Readings
All tarot and astrology readings are provided for entertainment and personal insight purposes only. Readings are intuitive and interpretive and may or may not resonate. Please take what resonates and leave the rest.
3. No Professional Advice
I am a tarot reader and astrologer, not a licensed medical, legal, financial, or mental health professional. Please do not ask questions related to medical conditions, legal matters, pregnancy, death, or financial investments.
4. Personal Responsibility
You are fully responsible for your own actions, choices, and interpretations following a reading. Any decisions made based on a reading are entirely your own responsibility.
5. Open-Minded Approach
Tarot and astrology work through symbolism and interpretation. Please approach your reading with an open mind and realistic expectations.
6. Payments & Refund Policy
All payments must be made in full before the reading begins. Once payment has been made, it is final and non-refundable.
7. Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to refuse or end a reading if a client is abusive, disrespectful, or if a request violates these Terms & Conditions. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
8. Confidentiality
All readings are private and confidential. Personal information will not be shared without consent unless required by law.
