Within 5 days after payment (or the delivery time shown for your reading type), you’ll receive an email with a private video link to your reading.

What do you need from me?
Your question, your context, and honest answers to the form. You don’t need to share anything you’re uncomfortable with — but the more relevant details you provide, the more precise the message can be.
Where do I receive my video?
By email to the address on your account. You’ll receive a private video link. Please make sure your email is correct and check spam/junk folders.
How long does it take?
Your video reading is delivered within 5 days after payment (or the delivery time shown on your selected type). Often sooner — but we never rush the cards.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
This is a digital service and is non-refundable once paid. Please read the terms before purchasing.
Can I ask multiple questions?
One main question is best. Up to 2–3 smaller questions can be included, but too many can blur the message.
Is my request private?
Your intake is used only to create your reading. Your video link is shared only with you.
